BFS11A(F)- Coastal Floodplain 100% Meadow Mix

This mix combines 13 UK native wildflowers for coastal grazing marsh: ground that floods seasonally alongside brackish ditches and streams near the coast, and the upper saltmarsh zone. It sits at the low to moderate end of species diversity and is classified within NVC communities MG11 and MG12, the habitat of principle importance known as coastal floodplain grazing marsh. Once established, its short sward suits breeding lapwing and provides winter feeding ground for wildfowl and waders.
