UK delivery is free
Every order placed through the shop ships free within the UK. There’s no minimum spend and nothing to add at checkout.
Most orders go out the next working day, or within 2 to 3 working days for the rest. If your order needs longer, we’ll be in touch to confirm a date.
Bulk orders, trade and large quantities
Ordering a large quantity of seed, fertiliser or landscaping materials, or ordering as a trade account outside the shop? We’ll contact you within 3 working days of your order to confirm a delivery date and talk through anything the site needs, rather than sending it straight to a courier.
Very occasionally, a delivery arranged this way, to a remote postcode or a particularly bulky order, costs more than usual. If that happens, we’ll always agree it with you by phone or email first. This only ever applies to orders arranged directly with the team, never to orders placed through the shop, which stay free.

How long will my order take?
Most items are dispatched the next working day, or within 2 to 3 working days. Larger or bulk orders may take longer, and we’ll always confirm a date with you.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not currently through the website. If you need delivery outside the UK, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
What about pallet or bulk orders?
Large quantities and pallet orders are handled outside the standard checkout. Contact our trade team and we’ll agree pricing and a delivery date directly.
