We’ve supplied grass seed, wildflower seed, plugs, fertiliser, topsoil, tree planting products, coir, erosion control products and hydroseeding consumables to landscapers, councils and ecologists for over 20 years. We use that experience to make sure what we recommend actually suits the site it’s going on.
Even so, seed and plants sometimes fail to establish. Transplanting isn’t a natural process, and a lot of things beyond our control can affect it: soil, drainage, weather, animals, machinery, aftercare.
If that happens, we’ll deal with it properly. We’ll talk it through with you on the phone, and if the cause isn’t clear we may ask for photos or, where it makes sense, visit the site ourselves. If you’re not happy with how it’s being handled, ask to speak to our director.
If there was nothing wrong with the seed or plants we supplied, we can’t take responsibility for factors like an unsuitable site, poor aftercare or weather. We’ll still try to help where we can.
