Turfprotecta – Turf Reinforcement Mesh

Turfprotecta is a lightweight polyethylene turf reinforcement mesh, built for areas that take occasional light vehicular or pedestrian traffic rather than constant heavy use, such as overflow parking, site access routes or footpaths across amenity grass.

Installation is straightforward. Unroll the mesh over the area and fix it down with steel pins or plastic pegs. Grass grows up through the apertures in the mesh, so once it establishes, the reinforcement sits within the sward rather than on top of it. Turfprotecta can go down over existing turf, or be laid first with the seed sown through it afterwards.
