Pony Paddock Mix Including Herbs

This mixture makes a dense, hard-wearing sward that gives many years of grazing. The creeping red fescue content helps to minimise poaching damage.

It is a straightforward, long-term grazing ley suited to a range of conditions, and a good choice for returning disturbed ground to agricultural use after soil works. The mix will provide grazing for all classes of stock, is suitable for hay and silage production, and continues to give quality fodder for many years once established.

Please note: this mix does not include any tetraploid ryegrass varieties, as these can be detrimental to the digestive systems of equine species.
