Off-the-shelf mixes do not always suit the site in front of you. Our bespoke seed blending service lets you specify a custom grass and wildflower seed mix built around a particular job: a grass-only mix, a native wildflower meadow, or a blend of both. We can also label and brand mixes for trade clients.

This works well when a project needs a mix matched to its own conditions rather than picked from a standard list, for parks, sports grounds, paddocks, estates and other landscaping and amenity sites across the UK.

• We take account of soil type (free-draining sand, heavy clay, chalk), drainage, light and local microclimate when choosing species, so the mix has a realistic chance of establishing.
• Mixes can be built around a brief, such as a particular colour palette, a bloom period, a hard-wearing turf, or slope stabilisation on a difficult bank.
• Blends drawing on UK native wildflower and grass species can support pollinators and other wildlife, and may contribute to biodiversity net gain or similar ecological targets, depending on what the scheme requires.
• Many native grass and wildflower species need less fertiliser and less frequent mowing once established than standard amenity turf, which can reduce maintenance over time.
